The Champ High wooden grinder with colored metal parts for grinding tobacco and herbs is a medium-sized herb grinder made of metal with wooden cladding and 62mm in diameter. The grinder itself is made of high quality CNC milled aluminum. The metal parts are anodized black or gold depending on the model. Both the grinder lid and base are embedded by dark real wood elements. There is a dark printed Champ High logo on the lid.

Special features of the wooden grinder

The grinder consists of 4 layers:
The top 2 layers, consisting of the grinder lid and the 2nd layer, represent the grinding mechanism. Both parts are held together magnetically. The grinder inside consists of 20 diamond cut teeth in the lid and another 14 teeth in the bottom part. To ensure that tobacco and herbs can be ground as homogeneously as possible instead of being deposited at the edge of the grinder, the inside edge of the grinder base is curved inward several times and the magnet in the lid is embedded by a sharp-edged star shape. This design ensures that the herbs are always evenly distributed within the grinder and re-fed to the grinding mechanism.

After the herbs are crushed, they fall through the perforated bottom into the chamber below.

The crushed herbs land in the 3rd layer on a pollen sieve. Here, the finest resin crystals, pollen, and powdery herb residues can fall or be shaken through the metal meshes of the sieve.

The resulting fine powder is collected in the lowest 4th layer and can be gathered with the enclosed pollen scrapers for storage or immediate use.
