The fritted glass sieve serves as a spare part for the Heisenberg Oil Extractor made of glass (item #54859).
Tips from the manufacturer:
When replacing the sieve, you should also consider replacing the sealing ring. We recommend using an O-ring made of dimethyl ether-resistant silicone (item #63552).
For a thorough cleaning of the fritted glass, it is recommended to first dissolve and rinse out coarse herbal residues with plenty of well-warm water. The sieve can then be subjected to intensive cleaning with isopropanol (or isopropyl alcohol, abbreviated IPA).
